My work with artists in organizational settings is what prompted me to take the full leap into Wellness coaching. I saw and experienced burnout firsthand. With intention and attention we can rewrite the narrative and create a thriving arts community.
Health Practioners
Once upon a time I was on the path to becoming a physician, I have the (pre-med) degree to prove it. However life brought me back to myself, my true self. My purpose is to support the folx who are choosing to be healers and often neglecting Self. I am here for you; You too deserve Wellness.
