Yet I honor that ​artists who work intentionally, ​mindfully, and heartfully - are our ​true healers. Healers deserve ​healing, yes? Absolutely!

My work in arts organizations is ​what pushed me to the edge and ​off the cliff I leapt into the arms ​of Wellness. Because of my ​caregiving nature and commitment ​to the well-being of artists, I ​actually found myself unwell.
